C.; Duran, A.; Sağıroğlu, M.; Duman, H.The essential oils from fruits of Prangos turcica A. Duran, M. Sagiroglu et H. Duman were obtained by hydrodistillation (HD), microdistillation (MD), micro-steam distilled solid-phase microextraction (MSD-SPME) techniques and then analyzed by GC and GC/MS methods. The oils showed similar composition with some quantitative differences. The main components of the oils were found to be alpha-humulene, germacrene D, naphthalene, terpinolene, p-cymene, gamma-elemene and bornyl acetate.Öğe Linaria dumanii (Scrophulariaceae), a new species from south Anatolia, Turkey(Finnish Zoological Botanical Publishing Board, 2002) Duran, A.; Menemen, Y.Linaria dumanii A. Duran & Y. Menemen sp. nova is described from the Akseki district in Turkey. It. belongs to the section Pelisserianae Valdes and is related to L. pelisseriana (L.) (Brassicaceae) from Turkey is described and illustrated: Arabis davisii H. Duman & A. Duran collected from the southern Akseki district (C3 Antalya) grows on limestone cliffs. (Asteraceae) from Turkey are described and illustrated. Centaurea cankiriense A. Duran & H. Duman (sect. Cheirolepis (Boiss.) O.Hoffm.) is restricted to the steppes of Dumanli Dag (A4: Atkaracalar-Cankin). Centaurea antalyense H. Duman & A. Duran (sect. Phalolepis (Cass.) DC.) occurs in forest and macchia in the south of Akseki district (C3: Antalya).
