Öğe Determination of District Routes of Municipal Buses for YHT Station with MCDM: The Case of Kirikkale Province(Konya Teknik Univ, 2024) Bayram, Buse; Kara, Mert; Yumuşak, Rabia; Cürebal, Ahmet; Eren, TamerToday, with the increasing population, the number of individual vehicles and therefore traffic density is increasing day by day. Efforts are being made to reduce both urban and intercity traffic density, and the high-speed train (HSR) project, which connects cities faster and more economically, is one of them. The fact that the HSR station will be established in K & imath;r & imath;kkale province, and more people will easily use the HSR service by making effective district connections will have a great impact on the problem of traffic density. In this context, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to An Ideal Solution) and PROMETHEE (The Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation), which are Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methods, were used in an integrated manner. Based on the findings, it is observed that the second route is the preferred choice for the K & imath;r & imath;kkale University-Osmangazi line, with the optimal routes for the other lines also being determined. Since the HSR station to be opened in K & imath;r & imath;kkale will connect the districts and the university with thousands of students, the study is the most comprehensive study conducted on a provincial basis and makes an important contribution to the literature as a route determination study for HSR.Öğe Evaluation of drones that can be assigned in damage assessment tasks by the Fuzzy DecisionMaking Methods(Gazi Univ, 2024) Kara, Mert; Eren, TamerAs a result of natural disasters that can occur at any time of life, great loss of life and property can be experienced. After the evacuation of the survivors in the disaster areas, a damage assessment study should be carried out by the authorities in order to determine the material damage and the extent of the destruction of the affected people. The need for high-resolution imagery and imaging of the entire disaster area in damage assessment raises the problem of choosing a high-tech drone. In this study, it is aimed to make the optimum selection among five drones with similar characteristics, which have high resolution, can stay in the air for a long time, are light, can be used by any institution and are produced for image taking purposes. While making this evaluation, the camera resolution, Seven criteria, including camera viewing angle, video frame rate, weight, flight time, flight distance and unit price, were discussed. In the solution of the problem, criteria were weighted with the Pythagorean Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (PBAHP) using Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, and the criteria weights obtained were Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) and The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Alternatives were evaluated by using the Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The study is the first application on the subject of drone selection for post-disaster damage detection and monitoring with MCDM. In addition, the use of PBAHP, TOPSIS and PROMETHEE methods for the problem whose solution approach is presented contributes to the applied method.Öğe Yenilenebilir Hibrit Enerji Santrali Uygulamasında Tesis Yer Seçimi(Kırıkkale Üniversitesi, 2022) Kara, Mert; Ercan, Yiğitcan; Yumuşak, Rabia; Cürebal, Ahmet; Eren, TamerGünümüzde gelişen teknoloji ile birlikte artan enerji talebi doğrultusunda dünya ülkeleri yeni enerji kaynakları arayışına girmişlerdir. Yenilenemez enerji kaynaklarının sınırlı olmasından dolayı da çalışmalar yenilenebilir enerji kaynakları üzerinde yoğunlaşarak devam etmektedir. Bu bağlamda birden çok yenilenebilir enerji kaynağını tek bir tesis içinde toplayan hibrit enerji sistemi üzerinde girişimler gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Kırıkkale ilinde güneş ve rüzgar enerjisinden yüksek verimlilik sağlamak için bilimsel yöntemler kullanılarak hibrit enerji santrali kurulumu için optimal bölgenin bulunması amaçlanmıştır. Bu değerlendirme yapılırken eğim, güneş radyasyon değerleri, rüzgar değerleri, trafo merkezi uzaklık, arazi maliyetleri ve arazi kullanımı oranları olarak altı kriter ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada söz konusu tesis için en uygun yer seçimi uygulaması yürütülmüştür. Yürütülen çalışmada Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP), Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to An Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) ve COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS) kullanılmıştır. Altı kriter baz alınarak çözülen problemde Keskin ilçesinin hibrit enerji tesisi kurulumuna en uygun ilçe olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Kırıkkale ilinde hibrit enerji konusu üzerine ilk kez yapılmış bu çalışma ile birlikte hibrit enerji santrali yer seçimi problemi için AHP, TOPSIS ve COPRAS yöntemleri çözüm karşılaştırılması da ilk defa yapılmış olup literatüre katkı sağlamaktadır.
