    Multiple Recitation and Irab Forms and Influence on the Fiqh Provisions (The Example of Surah Nisa, 43rd Verse) Abstract This study focuses on the influence of different reading methods in some words of Quran verses on the formation / creation of fiqh provisions. When there are more than one reading styles of qiraat (recitation?) imams in one verse, the fiqh judgements may vary based on the different reading styles according to companions (of the Prophet Mohammad), tabi'un and the sects of the Hanafi, Shafi’i, Hanbali and Maliki. This study is important in the context of the connection between the verse reading styles and irab differences and the juridical provisions produced from these verses. In the study, the word “lems”, meaning “contact with women” in verse 43 of Surah al-Nisa, has been analyzed from more than one point and brings together some discussions. In addition to the analysis of this word in terms of morphological and epistemological linguistic terms, there are different variants of the word in terms of the science of qiraat (recitation? reading styles?), and there are semantically different reflections on the meanings of the verse. In this context, the study concludes with a comparative analysis of the evidence of whether "contact with women" causes the ablution of males based on the concept of "lems".
