In this study, the evaluation of 48 blue collar labor positions in the Steel Production Department of an enterprise operating in the Iron and Steel sector were evaluated. Firstly, binary comparison matrices were created by AHP method. As a result, the proximity coefficients of 48 blue collar labor positions were calculated and sorted. Topsis and Fuzzy Topsis result of the workmanship scores; The unit was compared with the ranking of the workmanship positions scored according to the opinion and decision of the Chief, Chief and the foreman in the relevant section. In line with this aim, the aim is to determine the appropriate employees in line with the importance and ranking of the works resulting from the job evaluation, and to evaluate the performance of the employees and to advise the company on the improvements that can be made in the process.
