| dc.description.abstract | The empire is the focal points of powerin the quest for hierarchical superiority that provides power and space formovement within the anarchic structure of the international system. The historyof empires has equivalent historical rootas well as human history. In this respect, the international relations systemestablished with Westphalia which based about 400 years, is actually adimension of the power reading that has existed for centuries. On the otherhand, modernization reshape and create identity and civilization in worldhistory. With this new approach Europe start to impress World System. In thisperiod, the transformation of the empires into great powers forced thetraditional ones to become modern. Hence, our modern and traditional worldimagination determines the historical boundaries of this creation. So, thescope and boundaries of this study will focus on two major transformations , Westhaliaand modernization periods, in order to see the historical change. | |
