dc.description.abstractBuaraştırmanın amacı, uygulanmakta olan aday öğretmen yetiştirme sürecini, okulyöneticilerinin bakış açıları ile değerlendirmektir. Tesadüfü küme örneklememodeli kullanılarak oluşturulan çalışmanın örneklemini, 2016-2017 eğitimöğretim yılında, Elazığ ili merkez ilçede bulunan ilkokullarda görev yapan 33okul yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamak için hazırlanan iki adet açıkuçlu soru, görüşleri alınmak üzere okul yöneticilerine sorulmuştur. Elde edilenverilerin analizinde nitel araştırmaları çözümlemede olgu bilim deseniuygulanmış ve ifadelerin benzerliğine göre gruplandırmalar yapılarak temalaroluşturulmuştur. Her bir temada dikkat çeken yönetici görüşleri doğrudanalıntılarla yansıtılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda okul yöneticilerinin görüşlerindenelde edilen sonuçlara göre, yöneticiler çoğunlukla uygulanmakta olan adayöğretmenlik sürecinin gerekli olduğuna yönelik görüş bildirmişlerdir. Ayrıcaaday öğretmenliğin gerekliliğine inanan okul yöneticileri, kıdemli öğretmen ilestaj, tüm bölgelerde staj, hizmet içi eğitim şeklinde önerilerde bulunmuştur.Danışman öğretmenlerin seçimine yönelik ise, yöneticilerin büyük çoğunluğu bu sürecin uygun yürütülmediğine yönelikgörüş ifade etmişlerdir. Danışman öğretmen seçiminin uygun yürütülmediğineyönelik görüş ifade eden okul yöneticileri, deneyimli danışman, başarılıdanışman, objektif seçim şeklinde danışman öğretmen seçimi ile alakalıönerilerde bulunmuştur. 
dc.description.abstractThepurpose of this study is evaluate the current candidate teacher trainingprocess with the views of school heads. Theuniverse of the study that used simple random model consists of 33 school headsworking at primary schools in the central district of Elazığ in the 2016-2017academic years.  To collect data preparedin three open-ended questions are asked to obtain school heads opinion.In the analysis of the data obtained, the content analysis methods used in theanalysis of qualitative research has been applied and grouping according tosimilarity of expression and themes were developed. The opinion of the school heads,who draw attention to each theme are directly reflected in the quotations.  According to theresults obtained from the opinions of the school administrators at the end ofthe research, the head of school mostly expressed the opinion that thecurrently candidate teaching process being implemented is necessary. In addition, school administrators who believe in thenecessity of candidate teachers suggested that internship with senior teacher,internship in all regions, in-service training. Most of the schooladministrators expressed their view that this process was not carried outproperly about teachers as advisor. School administrators expressing theopinion that the advisor teacher selection is not being carried outappropriately suggested that experienced counselors, successful counselors, andobjective counselors.
