Özet
Araştırmanın amacı, boşanmış aileleri olan ergenlere psikolojik danışmanlık uygulayarak yaşadıkları zorlu ve stresli sürecin etkisini azaltmaktır. Bu çalışma deneysel bir çalışmadır. Çalışma grubunu 8'i kız (%40) ve 12'si erkek (%60) olmak üzere toplam 20 lise öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. UCLA Yalnızlık Ölçeği, grupla psikolojik danışma faaliyetine başlamadan önce uygulanmıştır. Psikolojik danışma etkinliği on oturumda gerçekleştirilmiştir.
The aim of the study is to reduce the impact of the difficult and stressful process they experience by applying psychological counseling to adolescents with divorced families. This study is an experimental study. The study group consisted of a total of 20 high school students, 8 of whom were females (40 %) and 12 of whom were males (60 %). The UCLA Loneliness Scale was first administered before commencing the group psychological counselling activity. The psychological counselling activity was conducted in ten sessions. After the psychological counselling was completed, The UCLA Loneliness Scale was administered to the group members once again. Pre-test and post test points obtained from groups are controlled with analysis of t-test for dependent groups. As a result of the research, a significant difference was found between the pre-test and post test scores of adolescents with divorced families.
