Özet
Kooperatifler müşterek ekonomik menfaat ve ihtiyaçlarla bir çatı altında toplanan kişilerin oluşturduğu bir örgütlenme modelidir. Temelde birlikte iş yapmaya dayanan bu örgütlenme ekonomik işbirliğini esas alır. Ortaklar, karşılıklı yardımlaşma ve dayanışma suretiyle ekonomik menfaatlerinin ve ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması, sağlanması ve korunmasını amaçlar. Bu bakımdan kooperatiflerin amaçları, hukuki nitelikleri, ortakları ve ortaklarına tanıdıkları haklar, yükledikleri yükümlülükler ve sorumluluklar gerek ticaret hukukunda gerek uygulamada önemli bir yere sahiptir. Çalışmamızın amacı bu çerçevede kooperatif ortaklarının hangi haklara sahip olup hangi yükümlülük ve sorumluluk hükümlerine tabi olduğunu belli bir sistematiğe oturtmaktır. Cooperatives are an organizational model formed by people gathered under one roof with common economic interests and needs. This organization, which is mainly based on doing business together, is based on economic cooperation. Partners aim to meet, ensure and protect their economic interests and needs through mutual aid and solidarity. In this regard, the objectives, legal qualities, the rights they give to their partners and partners, their obligations and responsibilities have an important place both in commercial law and in practice. The purpose of this study is to put a certain systematic on which rights the cooperative partners have and which obligations and responsibilities are subject to.
