dc.description.abstractEndüstri 4.0 hayatımızın her alanına yön veren teknolojileri ile İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Bilim dalında da araştırma konusu olmuştur. Bu çalışma Endüstri 4.0'ın bir disiplinler arası bilim dalı olan İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği alanında meydana getirdiği yeniliklerin kullanım niyetinin altında yatan temel faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaç ile çalışmada Birleştirilmiş Teknoloji kullanım ve kabul modelinden yararlanılmış olup, bu model Venkatesh ve diğ. (2003) tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında model içerisinde yer alan performans beklentisi, çaba beklentisi, kolaylaştırıcı koşullar, sosyal etki ve kullanım davranışı boyutları davranışsal niyet faktörü bağlamında incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla çalışmanın evrenini Tekirdağ ili Çerkezköy ilçesinde bulunan, Çerkezköy Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde Beyaz eşya ve Tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren, Endüstri 4.0 teknolojileri kapsamında çalışan ya da Endüstri 4.0 teknolojileri kapsamında çalışmayı hedefleyen firmalar oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın Örneklemi kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında veriler Nisan ve Mayıs 2022'de yüz yüze anket yöntemi ile kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Türkiye'de İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği'nde kullanılmakta olan Endüstri 4.0 Teknolojilerinin, Teknoloji Kabul Modeli Bağlamında değerlendirildiği bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu bakımdan çalışmanın alanyazına büyük katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
dc.description.abstractToday, Industry 4.0 has been the subject of research in the field of Occupational Health and Safety with its technologies that shape every aspect of our lives. This study was carried out in order to determine the factors underlying the intention to use the innovations introduced by Industry 4.0 in the field of Occupational Health and Safety. For this purpose, the "Unified Technology Acceptance Model" developed by Venkatesh et al. (2003) was used in the study. In the research, the dimensions of performance expectation, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention and usage behavior in the model were examined. For this purpose, the universe of the study consists of companies operating in the Automotive, White Goods and Textile sectors in the Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone, working within the scope of Industry 4.0 technologies or aiming to work within the scope of Industry 4.0 technologies, located in the Çerkezköy district of Tekirdağ province. The sample of the study was determined by using convenience sampling method. Within the scope of the research, data were collected using face-to-face survey method in April and May 2022. There is no study in which Industry 4.0 Technologies used in OHS in Turkey are discussed in the context of Technology Acceptance Model. In this respect, it is thought that the study will make a great contribution to the literature.
