dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Müşteri Memnuniyet Endeksi (MME) için aydınlatma sektöründen bir model geliştirilmiştir. Öncelikle konu ile ilgili detaylı literatür araştırması yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışma aydınlatma sektöründe faaliyet gösteren ürün ve hizmet üretimi sağlayan bir firmada gerçekleşmiştir. Firmanın müşterileri için oluşturulan anketler mail yolu ile gönderilmiş ve veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan verilerin doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri yapılmıştır. Memnuniyeti etkileyene faktörler belirlenmiş ve Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli (YEM) ile ölçüm değişkenleri ve gizli değişkenler arası bağlantı kurularak model tamamlanmıştır. Kurulan model Linear Structural Relations (LISREL) paket programı ile analiz edilmiş ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, a model for the Customer Satisfaction Index (MME) was developed from the lighting industry. First of all, a detailed literature search on the subject was made. This work has been carried out in a firm that provides product and service production operating in the lighting sector. Questionnaires for the customers of the firm were sent by mail and data were collected. Confirmatory factor analyzes of the collected data were performed. Factors affecting satisfaction are determined and the model is completed by establishing a connection between Structural Equation Model (YEM) and measurement variables and hidden variables. The model was analyzed by Linear Structural Relations (LISREL) package program and the results were interpreted.en_US
