| dc.description.abstract | Tezin konusu, İnternet Bankacılık işlemlerinde yaşanan/yaşanabilecek hukuki sorunların değerlendirilmesi, çözümlerinin tespiti ve Yargıtay içtihatlarıyla konuya genel bir bakış ve konu kapsamında kalan sair ilgili hususlardır. İnternet Bankacılığı işlemlerinde konu bölümünde belirtilen hususlara ilişkin teorik anlamda katkıda bulunmak ile yaşanan aksaklıklara değinmek tezin öncelikli amacıdır. Son yıllarda teknoloji ve telekomünikasyon alanındaki gelişmeler, gündelik hayatımızda birtakım değişimlere bizleri itmektedir. Değişen hayat şartları nedeniyle, artık bazı kurumsal işlemleri, bulunduğumuz yerden gerçekleştirmek zorunluluğu doğmaktadır. Ancak, bu işlemleri yaparken, işlemleri yapmamıza yardımcı olan, aracılık eden sistemlerin ve özellikle bilgisayarın ve internetin güvenliği de son derece önem arz etmektedir. Banka vb. kurumların/işletmelerin sistemlerindeki güvenliği son derece üst seviyede tutmaları da oldukça önemlidir. Çünkü artık internet ve bilgisayar güvenliğini sağlamak, gündelik hayatımızın en önemli ve zaruri kısımlarından birini oluşturmaktadır. Tüm bunlar birlikte düşünüldüğünde tezin amacı ve varmak istediği nokta, hayatımızın vazgeçilmez bir parçası haline gelen internet bankacılığının güvenliğinin nasıl sağlanacağı ve bu güvenliğin sağlanırken oluşabilecek hukuki ihtilafların nasıl giderileceği noktasıdır. | en_US |
