Özet
Okullarda yapılan sosyal etkinlikler ve faaliyetler, iletişim ve sosyal ağları ortaya çıkartır ve gelişmesine neden olur. Okullar, toplum için önemli yeri olan sosyal sermayeyi besler ve gelişmesini sağlar. Günümüzde küreselleşme, teknolojide hızlı gelişmeler, krizler, savaşlar gibi çok fazla nedene bağlı olarak bireyselleşme, toplumsal alanda aşınmaları beraberinde getirmektedir. Buna bağlı olarak ise bireylerde aidiyet hissetmeme, güven eksikliği gibi toplumu bir arada tutan yapıyı aşındırmaktadır. Toplum için önemli yere sahip olan sosyal sermayenin geliştirilmesi gereklidir. Bu anlamda okullar sosyal sermayenin gelişmesinde etkili mekânlardır.Okullarda veli-öğrenci ve yöneticiler bir arada etkileşimde bulunur. Okullarda önemli fonksiyona sahip olan öğretmen ve yöneticilerdir. Bu çalışmada eğitim yöneticilerinin sosyal sermayenin gelişmesi üzerine nitel bir çalışma ortaya konmuştur. Sosyal sermayenin gelişmesinde okul yöneticilerinin etkisi tespit edilmiştir ve çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.
Social events and activities held in schools reveal and develop communication and social networks. Schools nurture and develop social capital, which is important for society. Today, individualization brings about erosion in the social sphere due to many reasons such as globalization, rapid developments in technology, crises, and wars. Accordingly, individuals' lack of sense of belonging and lack of trust erode the structure that holds society together. It is necessary to develop social capital, which has an important place in society. In this sense, schools are effective places in the development of social capital.In schools, parents, students, and administrators interact together. Teachers and administrators have important functions in schools. In this study, a qualitative study was presented on the development of social capital of educational administrators. The impact of school administrators on the development of social capital has been identified and various suggestions have been offered.
