dc.description.abstractBu çalışmamızda, Osmanlı döneminde Sancak bölgesinde kurulan vakıflara ait ilk kayıtlar incelenmiş ve bu vakıfların bölgeye katkısı ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın kaynağını Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü Arşivinde, Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivinde ve Tapu ve Kadastro Genel Müdürlüğü Kuyûd-ı Kadîme Arşivi'nde bulunan vakıf kayıtları oluşturmaktadır. Kayıtlar içerisinde vakfiye, şahsiyet kaydı, berat, ilam, muhasebe kaydı, tahrir ve şer'iyye sicilleri gibi arşiv belgeleri bulunmaktadır. Kayıtların içeriğinde yerleşim yeri, vakıf adı, vâkıf, hizmet türü, görevlilerin isimleri, ücret ve belge tarihi gibi önemli bilgiler yer almaktadır. Sancak bölgesinde, Osmanlı devri vakıf sisteminin güzel örnekleri görülmüştür. Burada; cami, mescit, medrese, zaviye ve köprü gibi vakıf eserleri inşa edilmiştir. Vakıf eserleri ile ilgili şartların yerine getirilmesi için dükkan, han, hamam, değirmen, arazi ve para gibi menkul ve gayrimenkuller vakfedilmiş ve vakıflara görevliler atanmıştır. Bu çalışma, önsöz, içindekiler, giriş ve dört bölüm ile sonuç, bibliyografya ve eklerden meydana gelmektedir. Giriş bölümünde; Sancak Bölgesi'nin coğrafi konumu ve nüfus yapısı, Osmanlı hâkimiyetine girdikten sonraki dönemi ve vakıf eserleri ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde vakıf, vakıf çeşitleri ve vakıfların etkileri; ikinci bölümde Sancak bölgesindeki vakıf eserleri ve vakıf görevlileri; üçüncü bölümde Sancak bölgesinin Sırbistan tarafında kurulan Osmanlı vakıfları; dördüncü bölümde ise Sancak bölgesinin Karadağ tarafında kurulan Osmanlı vakıfları incelenmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde genel bir değerlendirme yapılmış, bibliyografya kısmında çalışmamızda yararlanılan kaynaklar verilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study we reviewed the records belonging to the waqfs established at Sancak region during the Ottoman period and investigated the contributions of these waqfs to the region. The source of the work is the waqf records which exist at Directorate General of Foundations Archives, Prime Ministry Ottoman Archives and the Land and Registry Kuyûd-u Kadime Archive. The documents, such as waqf charter, personality registration, charter, notification, accounting records, census, shari registers are found at these archives. The data are about place of the waqf, settlements, waqf's type of task, names of the officers and their fees and the date of the document. Many works, such as mosques, masjids, madrasahs, lodges, fountains and bridges were founded through the waqf system in the Sancak region where examples of the Ottoman period's waqf system can be seen. Some properties such as shops, inns, baths, mills, farms and lands were consecrated for the maintenance of these waqfs. In the introduction part of our study, general information was given about the Sancak region. In the first section, information about waqf and the waqf types, in the second section the waqfs established in the Serbian side of Sancak region, in the third section the waqfs established in the Montenegrin part of Sancak region and in the fourth section work of arts and information about officers have been presented.en_US
