Özet
İlköğretim Matematik Dersi(1-5) Öğretim Programının geliştirmeyi hedeflediği beceriler; problem çözme, iletişim, ilişkilendirme ve akıl yürütmedir. Araştırma programın hedeflediği becerilerin kazandırılmasında uygulayıcı durumundaki sınıf öğretmenlerinin becerilerle ilgili görüşlerinin tespit edilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma 2008–2009 Eğitim-Öğretim döneminde 134 sınıf öğretmeni ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmada “betimsel istatistikî” yöntem kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracının geçerlilik güvenirlilik çalışması yapılmış ve güvenirliği (cronbach alpha= 0,89) değerinde hesaplanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda İlköğretim matematik programındaki problem çözme, iletişim, akıl yürütme ve ilişkilendirme becerilerinin öğrencilere kazandırılması ile ilgili sınıf öğretmenlerin görüşlerini “bazen” şeklinde bildirdikleri tespit edilmiştir.
Elementary school mathematics curriculum aims at developing these skills;problem solving,communication,connections and reasoning.This study purposes to determine elementary school teachers’ opinions about the skills that the mathematics curriculum had targeted to gain to the students.The study was done in 2008-2009 Academic Years and a total of 134 elementary school teachers were participated in the study.’Descriptive Statistical Method’ was used and the questionnaire’s reliability and validity was found to be 0.89(Cronbach Alpha).Due to this study,concerning the development of these skills of elementary mathematics curriculum in students,it’s stated that the teachers indicated their views as ‘sometimes’.
