dc.description.abstractOsmanlı İmparatorluğu kuruluş yıllarından itibaren hakimiyetini tesis ettiği alanda ve fetihler yoluyla yerleştiği bölgelerde pekçok devletle ilişkiler kurmuştur. Özellikle gayr-i müslim devletlerle giriştiği ilişkilerde ahidnamelere başvurarak bürokratik devlet olma özelliğini göstermiştir. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu gayr-i müslim devletlere verdiği bu ahidnamelerde onların ekonomik, hukuki ve idari birçok alanda niteliklerini belirlemişlerdir. Çalışmamızda Osmanlı Diplomasisinin bir kesiti olarak Prusya ilişkileri irdelenmeye çalışılmış bunu yaparken de Ahidnamelerden yola çıkılmıştır. Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivinde yer alan Düvel-i ecnebiye kataloğunda bulunan 72/1 numaralı ahidname defterine göre Osmanlı Prusya ilişkileri diplomatik, hukuki ve ekonomik ilişkiler açısından değerlendirilmiştir. dc.description.abstractSince the establishment of the Ottoman Empire, ıt makes relation with others empire settle down. It has became a bureaucratic state, especially the relation that try to with non-muslim states with that tastements. We have been try to the relation Ottoman with Prussian in rhis study. While we have been do this work, we used tastements. The tastement that be found in Prime Ministry Ottoman archieve according to the tastement number of 72/1 "Düvel-i Ecnebiye" evaluated the relation Ottoman with Prussian in diplomatically, in terms of administrative and economically.
