dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Y1-xLuxBa2Cu3O7-? süperiletken bileşikleri, x yerine farklı miktarlarda Lutesyum (Lu) katılarak üretildi. Üretilen numunelerin elektriksel özdirençleri, taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) görüntüleri sertlik ve elastite modülü ölçümleri yapılarak incelendi.Katkısız olarak üretilen numune için kritik geçiş sıcaklık değeri (Tc=93 K) olarak ölçüldü. Yapılan katkılamalara bağlı olarak bu değer artarak x=0,2 katkısı için kritik geçiş sıcaklığı (Tc=95,8 K) olarak belirlendi.Sertlik ve elastite ölçümlerine göre incendiğinde uygulanan yük arttıkça sertlik ve elastite modülünde azalma gözlendi. Bu azalma belli bir değerden sonra yaklaşık olarak sabit kalmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, Y1-xLuxBa2Cu3O7-? superconductive compounds were produced by replacing x with different amounts of Lutesyum. For these samples electrical resistivity and elastisite modul mesurements were performed, in additon, SEM investigation of the samples were also performed.Critical temperature value for the sample, which was produced without dopping measured as (Tc=93 K). The results showthat this value is depend on the amount of dopping and critical temperature became (Tc=95,8 K) for x=0,2 measurements of hardness and elastite module show that applied bad results in decreasing in hardness and elastite module in creasing. This decreasing become nearly constant after a specific value.en_US
