dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, yarasa mağarasından alınan toprak örneklerindeki bakteriler seri dilusyon yapılarak izole edilmiş, sıcaklık, pH, proteaz üretme özelliklerine göre Skim Milk Agar besiyerine ekilerek en iyi proteaz üreticisi 2 bakteri örnek seçilip saflaştırılmıştır. İzolatarın optimum üreme koşulları belirlenmiştir. Hücre dışı proteaz aktiviteleri sıcaklık, pH, ve inkübasyon süresine göre 1 µl tirozin açığa çıkması için gerekli enzim miktarı olarak tanımlanmıştır. İzolatların biyokimyasal testleri belirlenmiştir. Örnekler DNA izolasyonu ve 16S rDNA sekans analizi yöntemleri kullanılarak tanımlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the bacteria isolated from the bat cave soil with serial dilutions and planted Skim Milk Agar Medium according to temperature, pH and characteristics of protease selected and purified two bacteria which are the best producer of protease. The optimum growth conditions were determined for isolated bacteria. The extracellular protease activity identified to 1 µl tyrosine amount of enzyme required for the release by temperature, pH and incubation time. Biochemical tests of the isolates were determined. The samples were identified using DNA isolation and 16S rDNA sequence analysis methods.en_US
