dc.description.abstractBu araştırma Temmuz 2012 ve Aralık 2013 yılları arasında Kırıkkale ve Balıkesir illerinden alınan toplam 9 adet Myotis myotis örneğinin kan hücrelerinin tespitine dayanmaktadır. Yarasalar eldivenli el veya özel yarasa ağı ile yakalanmıştır. Arazide veya laboratuarda kanı alınan hayvanlar daha sonra habitatlarında serbest bırakılmıştır. Her hayvanın kuyruk mebranı veya altkoldaki bir atar damarından kan biyopsi aparatı yardımıyla heparinli 5 hematokrit kılcal tüplere alınmıştır. Kan örneğinden yayma preparatları hazırlanmıştır. Ayrıca eritrosit ve lökosit sayımı ile hemoglobin miktarı, hematokrit değer ve total protein miktarı tespit edilmiştir. Yayma preparatları ile eritrosit çapı, lökositlerden lenfosit çapı, monosit çapı ve nötrofil çapı kaydedilmiştir. Myotis myotis'de 1 mm3 kanda eritrosit sayısı 8760000-16300000 arasında olup ortalama değer 11350000 dir. Lenfosit 9,30 µm, monosit 9,50 µm olarak ölçülmüştür. Bu çalışma ile Türkiye'deki Myotis myotis ile ilgi kan değerleri ilk defa araştırılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study is based on the determination of blood cells of total 9 specimens from Kırıkkale and Balıkesir Provinces between june 2012 and december 2013. Bats were captured(caught) gloved hand and a specific with netting. Animals received blood in the field or in the laboratory was released later in the habitats.5 heparinized hematocrits from tail membrane or an artery in subfilum of every animal through hemo biopsy device were transfered to capillary tubes. From blood sample were prepared smear preparations. Also hemoglobin value, hematokrit value and total protein value with erythrocyte count and leukocyte count were determined. Lymphocytes diameter, monocytes diameter and neutrophils diameter from leukocyte, erythrocyte size with smear preparation were recorded. Myotis myotis has 8760000-16300000 eurothcyte ,average 11350000 eurothcyte, at the 1 mm3 blood. Erythrocyte mean total diameter 5,69 µm as was calculated. Lymphocytes 9,30 µm, monocytes 9.50 µm mean diameter as was measured. With this study, blood values related with Myotis myotis were researched the first time in Turkey.en_US
