dc.description.abstractLaboratuvar hayvanlarında, TEOAE (Geçici Uyarılmış Otoakustik Emisyonlar)'ın elde edilmesi yeni bir konudur ve bu konuda çok fazla çalışma yapılmamıştır. Bu çalışma, tavşanlarda TEOAE'ın mevcut olup olmadığını araştırmak üzere planlanmıştır. 12 tavşanda (24 kulak), klik uyarana cevap olarak oluşan TEOAE'lar, ILO 88 DP kullanılarak kaydedilmiştir. Emisyon amplitüdü (dB), dalga oluşturulabilirliği, stimulus (dB peak) ve stabilite (%) analiz edilmiş ve TEOAE dalgalarının, 24 kulağın 21'inde (%87.5) elde edildiği görülmüştür. Cevaplar, 1.0-4.0 kHz arasında, geniş bir frekans spektrumunda elde edilmiştir. Tavşanlarda TEOAE elde edilebilmesinin, koklear fonksiyonların monitorizasyonu açısından yararlı olabileceği düşünülmüş ve özellikle yeni ilaç çalışmalarında, daha detaylı bilgi sağlayabileceği sonucuna varılmıştı.en_US
dc.description.abstractThere has not been much success in recording TEOAEs in laboratory animals. This study was planned to investigate TEOAEs in the rabbits. TEOAEs to a click stimulus in 12 rabbits (24 ears) were recorded by using ILO 88 DP. Emission amplitude (dB), wave reproducibility, stimulus (dB peak) and stability (%) were analyzed. The wave of TEOAE could be detected from 21 of 24 ears (87.5 %) of the rabbits. The responses were made up of broadband frequency spectrum between 1.0 and 4.0 kHz. The ability to record TEOAEs in rabbits allow us to monitore the cochlear function. Especially, it will provide more knowledge on the investigations of the new drugs.en_US
