| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Kırşehir ve ilçelerinden 2012-2015 yılları arasında 310 makrofungus örneği toplanmıştır. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucunda toplam 26 Familya, 47 Cins ve 64 takson tespit edilmiştir. Bu taksonlardan 4'ü Ascomycetes, 60'si Basidiomycetes sınıfına aittir. En fazla takson sayısına sahip familyalar Russulaceae 9 tür, Agaricaceae 8 tür, Polyporaceae 7 tür, Strophariaceae 4 tür, Tricholomataceae 4 tür, Boletaceae 3 tür, Psathyrellaceae 3 tür, Helvellaceae 3 tür ile temsil edilmektedir. Diğer familyalar 2 veya 2'den az taksona sahiptir. Çalışmamızda teşhis edilen türlerin spor ornemantasyonları ışık mikroskobu ve Scanning elektron mikroskopta incelenmiş, boyutları ölçülmüştür. Spor yapıları eliptik, oval veya yuvarlak olarak belirlenmiştir. Spor yüzeyleri düz, siğilli veya kaba olarak belirlenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, 310 macrofungus samples have been collected between 2012-2015 years from Kırşehir and districts of its. As a result of the field and laboratory studies, total 26 family, 47 genus and 64 taxa were identified. 4 taxon of these belongs to Ascomycetes and 60 taxon of these belongs to Basidiomycetes. The maximum number of species have families Russulaceae 9 species, Agaricaceae 8 species, Polyporaceae 7 species, Strophariaceae 4 species, Tricholomataceae 4 species, Boletaceae 3 species, Psathyrellaceae 3 species, Helvellaceae 3 species is represented by. Other families have 2 or less than 2 taxa. In our study, the spores ornamentation of identified species were examined by light microcopy and Scanning electron microscopy and their dimensions were measured. Spores structures were determined as elliptical, oval and round. Spores surface were identified as smooth, warty or rough. | en_US |
