Özet
Bu tez, ikisi açıklama ikisi de temel bölüm olmak üzere toplam dört bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde tezin amacı ve kaynaklar hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde tezin konusunda kullanılacak bazı analiz kavramları açıklanmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde klasik Baskakov operatörünün yakınsaklık özellikleri ele alınmıştır.Dördüncü bölümde q -Baskakov operatörünün yakınsaklık özellikleri ele alınmıştır.
There are four chapters in this thesis, two of them are about explanations and two of them are about basic chapters.Information about the purpose of the thesis and resources are given in the first chapter.Some analysis concepts to be thesis are presented in the second chapter.The convergence properties of classic Baskakov operators are given in third chapter.The convergence properties of q-Baskakov operators are given in fourth chapter.
