| dc.description.abstract | Osmanlı Devletinin kendine özgü sosyo-ekonomik düzeninin çesitli iç ve dıs faktörlerin etkisiyle bozulmaya baslaması yöneticileri bu problemi çözmek için yeni poltikalar arastırmaya yöneltmistir. Türk tarihinde modernlesme hareketleri 19.yy'ın baslarında baslamıstır. III. Selim ve II. Mahmut dönemleri ilk adımların atıldıgı Dönemlerdir. II. Mahmut dönemi, gerek siyasi tarih, gerekse yenilesme tarihi bakımından Osmanlı devletinin en önemli dönemlerinden birini teskil etmektedir. Bu çalısmada Yeniçeri Ocagı'nın kaldırılmasından sonra olusturulan Osmanlı ordusu ve Kara kuvvetleri incelenmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | When the special socio-economic system of Ottoman Empire had been spoiled with effect of various internal and external factors, The Ottoman statesmen had searched new politics to solve this problem. In the Turkish history the movements of modernization have begun at the beginning of the nineteenth century. The fırst attempts for these movements have started during the reigns of Selim III and Mahmut II. The reign of Mahmut II., in the sense of both political and modernization history, is one of the most important periods of the Ottoman Empire. In this study, the military and land forces of Ottoman Empire's which formed after annulment of the corps of Janissary will be emphasized. | en_US |
