dc.description.abstractDünyada yaşanan gelişmeler neticesinde okulların geliştirilmesi ihtiyacı ortaya çıkmış ve buna binaen farklı okul geliştirme anlayışları ortaya atılmıştır. 90’lı yıllardan itibaren Türkiye’de okulları geliştirmeyle ilgili olarak farklı modeller uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. “2023 Eğitim Vizyonu”nda Türkiye’de okulları geliştirmek amacıyla “Okul Gelişim Modeli” anlayışının benimsendiği ifade edilmiştir. Bu modelde okulların kurumsal kapasitesinin geliştirilmesi ve öğrencilerin akademik başarıları ile sosyal, kültürel vb. etkinliklere katılımlarının arttırılması hedef olarak belirlenmiştir. Türk eğitim sisteminde ağırlıklı olarak din eğitiminin yer aldığı imam hatip liselerinin geliştirilmesinde “Okul Gelişim Modeli”nin uygulanması ve bu bağlamda paydaş görüşlerinden faydalanılması yararlı görülmektedir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yönteminin durum deseni kullanılmıştır. İmam hatip liselerinin paydaşı olan öğrencilerin okullarındaki kurumsal kapasiteye yönelik değerlendirmeleri nitel araştırmalarda sıklıkla kullanılan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla mülakat yöntemi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Görüşmeler 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında, Ankara ilinde yer alan proje veya genel Anadolu imam hatip liselerinden oluşan 5 okulda, toplam 30 öğrenciyle gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin görüşlerinin öğrenim gördükleri okul türüne göre değiştiği görülmüş ve okullarının kurumsal kapasitesine yönelik görüşlerinin genellikle olumlu yönde olduğu saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractAs a result of the developments in the world, the need to develop schools has emerged, and accordingly, some different school development approaches have been put forward. Since the 90’s, different models have been started to be implemented in relation to the development of schools in Turkey. In the “2023 Education Vision”, it was stated that the “School Development Model” approach was adopted to improve schools in Turkey. In this model, the development of the institutional capacity of the schools and the academic success of the students and social, cultural etc. Increasing their participation in the activities was determined as the target. In the Turkish education system, it is considered beneficial to apply the “School Development Model” and to benefit from stakeholder views in the development of imam hatip high schools, where religious education is predominantly involved. The case design of the qualitative research method was used in the research. The evaluations of the students, who are the stakeholders of imam hatip high schools, regarding the institutional capacity in their schools were collected using the interview method through a semi-structured interview form, frequently used in qualitative research. Interviews were carried out on a voluntary basis with a total of 30 students in 5 schools consisting of project-based or common Anatolian imam hatip high schools in Ankara city center in the 2018-2019 academic year. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique. It has been observed that the views of the students change according to the type of school they attend, and it has been determined that their views on the institutional capacity of their schools are generally positive.
