Özet
Bu araştırma öğretmenlerin öğretmen liderliği algıları ve gönüllülük motivasyonlarını eğitim programı liderliği bağlamında incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. İlişkisel tarama modelindeki bu araştırmada, 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Çorum ilinde ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise kademelerinde görev yapan 286 öğretmenin görüşüne başvurulmuştur. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin, öğretmen liderliği algılarını ölçmek için Beycioğlu ve Aslan (2010) tarafından geliştirilen "Öğretmen Liderliği Ölçeği"; gönüllülük motivasyonlarını ölçmek için araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen 20 madde ve beş alt boyuttan (fırsatlar sunma, yardım faaliyeti, bireysel fayda, sahip olunan değerler ve faydalı olarak görmeme) oluşan "Gönüllülük Motivasyonu Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlere ait demografik bilgileri elde etmek için ise araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" kullanılmıştır. Alt problemlerin çözümlenmesi amacıyla ölçekler aracılığıyla elde edilen veriler SPSS 26 paket programına aktarılmış, aritmetik ortalamaları, standart sapma değerleri hesaplanmış, t-testi, tek yönlü varyans (anova), korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre öğretmenlerin, mesleki gelişim düzeyindeki öğretmen liderliği algılarının yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğretmen liderliği algıları cinsiyet, hizmet yılı, okul kademesi, öğretmen sayıları ve okul bölgesine bağlı olarak anlamlı düzeyde farklılık gösterdiği, branşlara göre farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin yardım faaliyetine ve sahip olunan değerlere yönelik gönüllülük motivasyonlarının yüksek düzeyde, faydalı olarak görmeme motivasyonlarının düşük düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin gönüllülük motivasyonları cinsiyet, hizmet yılı, okul kademesi, öğretmen sayıları ve okul bölgesine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterirken, branşlara göre farklılık göstermemektedir. Çalışma sonucunda öğretmen liderliği algıları ile gönüllülük motivasyonları arasında ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. En güçlü ilişki kurumsal gelişme ve sahip olunan değerler arasındadır. Öğretmen liderliği algıları ile gönüllülük motivasyonlarının fırsatlar sunma, yardım faaliyeti, bireysel fayda, sahip olunan değerler alt boyutlarında pozitif ilişki; faydalı olarak görmeme alt boyutu arasında negatif ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir.
This research This research was carried out to examine teachers' perceptions of teacher leadership and volunteering motivations in the context of curriculum leadership. In this research in the relational screening model, the opinions of 286 teachers working at primary, secondary and high school levels in Çorum in the 2021-2022 academic year were consulted. In the study, "Teacher Leadership Scale" developed by Beycioğlu and Aslan (2010) to measure teachers' perceptions of teacher leadership; "Volunteering Motivation Scale" consisting of 20 items and five sub-dimensions (offering opportunities, helping activities, individual benefits, values and not seeing it as useful) developed by the researchers was used to determine volunteering motivations. In order to obtain the demographic information of the teachers participating in the research, the "Personal Information Form" prepared by the researcher was used. In order to solve the sub-problems, the data obtained through the scales were transferred to the SPSS 26 package program, their arithmetic means, standard deviation values were calculated, t-test, one-way variance (Anova) and correlation analysis were performed. According to the research findings, it was determined that teachers' perceptions of teacher leadership at the professional development level were high. It has been determined that teacher leadership perceptions differ significantly depending on gender, years of service, school level, number of teachers and school region, but do not differ according to branches. It was determined that the motivation of volunteering towards helping activities and the values held by the teachers was at a high level, and their motivation for not seeing it as beneficial was at a low level. While the volunteering motivations of the teachers differ significantly according to gender, years of service, school level, number of teachers and school region, they do not differ according to branches. As a result of the study, it was seen that there is a relationship between teacher leadership perceptions and volunteering motivations. The strongest relationship is between corporate development and owned values. Positive relationship between teacher leadership perceptions and volunteering motivations in the sub-dimensions of providing opportunities, helping activities, individual benefits, and values; It was determined that there was a negative relationship between the sub-dimension of not seeing it as beneficial.
