Adnexial masses are commonly seen in gynecologic practice. Distinguishing malign from benign masses should be done for these patients. Mucinous cystadenoma is among the most common benign ovarian neoplasms. It may grow to an enormous size. Here, we report a case of mucinous cystadenoma originating from the right ovary in a 57-year-old woman. © 2017 OMU.en_US
