Özet
Bir ülkenin sağlık sektörünü geliştirmeye yönelik olarak yapılan çalışmalar, o ülkenin, başta toplum sağlığı olmak üzere, ekonomik olarak büyüme ve kalkınma gibi pek çok alanda gelişme göstermesine katkı sağlayacaktır. İnsan sağlığı her ülke için çok önemli ve vazgeçilmez bir unsur olduğu için çalışma sağlık sektörü alanında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, sağlık göstergelerinden; hekim sayısı, hemşire sayısı, sağlık harcaması, doğum oranı, ölüm oranı ve doğumda beklenen yaşam süresi kriterleri kullanılarak OECD üyesi 33 ülkenin 2014-2018 yılları arasındaki sağlık sektörü performansları, ARAS ve TOPSIS yöntemleri ile analiz edilerek sıralanması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan kriter ağırlıklarının belirlenmesinde, standart sapma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında incelenen ülkeler ARAS ve TOPSIS yöntemleri ile sıralanmıştır.
Studies carried out on the health services of a country will contribute to the development of that country in many areas such as public health, economic growth and development. Since human health is a very important and indispensable element for every country, the study was conducted in the field of health sector. In this study, it is aimed to analyze and rank the health sector performances of 33 OECD member countries between 2014 and 2018 using ARAS and TOPSIS methods. Health indicators used in the study; number of doctors, number of nurses, health expenditure, birth rate, death rate and life expectancy at birth. The standard deviation method is used to determine the criterion weights used in the research. The countries researched within the scope of the study were ranked using ARAS and TOPSIS methods.
