Özet
Başta ülkemiz olmak üzere, dünyanın gereksinim duyduğu hukukçu tipi değişmiştir. Artık diyalektik düşünce ile olaylara bakan, araştırma yeteneği gelişmiş, bilimsel metodu her durumda uygulayan hukukçulara ihtiyaç vardır. Çünkü her alanda olduğu gibi hukukta da bilgi gitgide derinleşmektedir. Bu derin bilgi deryasında boğulmamak için hukukçunun bu ilkeleri içeren iyi bir eğitim alması gerekmektedir. Geleneksel model olarak adlandırabileceğimiz, bir kitaba bağlı kalan öğretim üyesinin ders anlattığı sistemin bu ilkeleri ne kadar barındırdığı şüphelidir. Bu nedenle, hukuk fakültelerinde geleneksel model ile eğitim öğretim yanında farklı yaklaşımların uygulanması kaçınılmazdır. Öğretim üyesinin yönlendirici bir rol oynadığı, öğrenci odaklı, araştırmayı teşvik eden, ortak çalışmanın sergilendiği, öğrencilerin okuma, yazma ve sunma tekniğinin geliştirilmesini hedefleyen bir eğitimin geleneksel modele göre daha yararlı sonuçlar doğurabileceği düşünülmektedir.
The type of legal counsellor needed in many countries in the world, particularly in our country has already changed. The legal counsellors who make assessments in dialectical manner with ability to research and apply scientific methods in any case, are now needed. It is because, as in the case of other fields of specialization, knowledge gets deeper and deeper in view of legal counsellors. In order not to be drowned in the sea of knowledge, the legal counsellors should be well trained. The traditional method, in other words, the system in which the academicians present their lecture based on the books, is still a matter of doubt in view of the principles concerned. Therefore, it is inevitable to apply dissimilar approaches in education at the Faculty of Laws, in addition to the traditional models. It is considered that the educational system in which the academicians play guiding role, promoting student-focused researches through team (group) studies, thus developing reading, writing and presentation skills of the students may lead to much affirmative results when compared with the traditional model.
