Özet
20. yüzyılın sonu ve 21. yüzyılın başında özellikle büyük çaplı üretim firmalarının üretim merkezlerini Çin kaydırması, dünya ekonomisinde Çin'in söz sahibi olduğu bir dönemin başlamasını beraberinde getirmiştir. Çin'de üretilen ürünlerin diğer kıta ülkelerine ihraç edilmesi, geçmişte popüler rotaların yanı sıra, yeni alternatif rotaların da bulunması ihtiyacını doğurmuştur. Asya'dan Avrupa'ya uzanan en önemli taşıma koridoru uzun yıllar boyunca Rusya üzerinden Avrupa'ya uzanan Trans Sibirya kuzey taşıma koridoru olmuştur. 21.
At the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, especially large-scale manufacturing companies shifted their production centers to China, which brought about the beginning of a period in which China had a say in the world economy. Exporting products produced in China to other continental countries has created the need to find new alternative routes in addition to the popular routes in the past. The most important transport corridor extending from Asia to Europe has been the Trans-Siberian northern transport corridor extending to Europe via Russia for many years. At the beginning of the 21st century, with the support of the countries in the region, especially within the scope of China's efforts to revitalize the historical Silk Road, the Iron Silk Road, also known as the middle corridor, was opened to transportation, and trains started to operate in the Trans-Caspian International transport corridor as of 2017. In addition to these two transport corridors, a network consisting of 38 branches and 41 nodes has been created for the Northern, Central and Southern transport corridors, which are the three main transport corridors extending from Asia to Europe, as well as the southern transport corridor. Within the framework of the determined criteria, expert opinions, data obtained from the World Bank data were determined by the combination of Pythagorean-Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process and TOPSIS, which are multi-criteria decision-making methods, and the criterion weights were determined and ranked according to their importance. The obtained data were coded and solved in Python programming language using the Floyd Warshall shortest path algorithm. The findings revealed that among the three main transport corridors, the optimal route is the Trans-Siberian northern transport corridor.
