Özet
II ÖZET Bu çalışmada Milli Mücadele yıllarında Sinop'ta cereyan eden olaylar incelenmiştir. I. Bölümde Sinop'taki Milli Faaliyetler başlığı altında idari, askeri ve sosyal faaliyetler incelenmiştir. II. Bölümde Gayrimüslimlerin faaliyetleri ve buna karşı Türk Hükümeti'nin aldığı tedbirler ortaya konmuştur. III. Bölümde ise İtilaf Devletleri' nin Sinop'taki faaliyetleri ve Türk Hükümeti'nin karşı tedbirleri incelenmiştir. Tezin başlıca amacı Milli Mücadele yıllarına ait hakkında çok fazla şey bilinmeyen Sinop'un durumunu ortaya koymaktır.
Ill ABSTRACT In this study we examined the events which took place in Sinop during the National struggle. In the first chapter, under the title national activities in Sinop, administratime, the military and the social activities were studied. In the second chapter, it is dealt wiht the activities of non Moslems and the counter measures of the Turkish Government. The activities of the Entente Powers and the Turkish Government's counter measures were examined in the third chapter. The aim of this study is mainly to reveal the state of Sinop during the years of the National Struggle about wich we have not enough information.
