dc.description.abstractAraştırmanın amacı, maske üretim fabrikasında çalışan işçilerin ergonomik olarak bozuk duruş pozisyonlarının incelenmesidir. Çalışma daha bütünsel bir yaklaşımla ele alınmıştır. Bütünsel bir bakış açısı getiriyor. Ayrıca çalışanı etkileyen çalışma ortamı koşulları da incelenmiştir. Çalışma Kırıkkale ilinde bir maske fabrikasındaki çalışanlar ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma ortamı koşullarının çalışan üzerindeki etkisini incelemek için öncelikle fabrikanın ergonomik yönden denetlenmesi için ayarlanmış sorulardan yararlanılarak oluşturulan 20 soruluk kontrol listesinden faydalanıp kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar hakkında fabrika ile ilgili değerlendirmeler yapılarak iyileştirme önerileri sunulmuştur. Fabrikada çalışan insanların postür bozukluklarının nedenlerinin araştırılması için de 45 soruluk ergonomik kontrol listesinden faydalanılmıştır. Bu anket sonuçları SPSS 15.00 programı ile değerlendirilmiş, analizlenmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Bunun sonucunda ergonomik riskler olduğu saptanmış ve nicel değerlendirmeler için ergonomik risk metotlarından olan REBA ve BAUA metotları ile duruş bozukluklarına sebep olan etmenler sayısal olarak belirlenmiştir. İyileştirme önerileri sunulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of of the research is to examine the ergonomic working conditions of the workers working in the mask production factory. The study was handled with a more holistic approach. It brings a holistic perspective. In addition, the working environment conditions affecting the employee were also examined. The study was carried out with employees in a mask factory in Kırıkkale province. In order to examine the efect of working environment conditions on the employee, first of all, a 20-question checklist created by using the questions set for the ergonomic inspection of the factory was used. About the results, evaluations were made about the factory and suggestions for improvement were presented. An ergonomic checklist of 45 questions was used to investigate the causes of postural disorders of people working in the factory. These survey results were evaluated, analyzed and interpreted with the SPSS 15.00 program. As a result, it was determined that there are ergonomic risks and the factors causing posture disorders were determined numerically with the REBA and BAUA methods, which are ergonomic risk methods for quantitative evaluations. Suggestions for improvement ara presented.
