| dc.description.abstract | Bu makale çalışmasında titreşim analizine dayalı kestirimci bakım tekniğinin işleyişi kısaca ele alınmış ve tekniğin gerçek bir sistemde yapılan uygulaması sunulmuştur. Bir santrifüj pompanın rulmanlarının çalışabilirliği titreşim analizi yardımıyla incelenmiştir. Rulman titreşimlerinde görülen titreşim genlik artışlarından dolayı pompa rulmanları değiştirilmiş ve rulmanların tahmin edildiği gibi ömürlerini tamamlamak üzere olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yeni rulmanların takılmasından sonra titreşim seviyesinde gözle görülür bir düşüş meydana gelmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Vibration based condition monitoring is briefly desaribed in this paper and a case study is given in order to show the application of the technique. Determination of the health of bearings which are installed in a centrifugal pump is investigated. The increase in the vibration level has indicated that the bearings are about to fail and they are replaced. It is observed that the bearings were on the rank of fail. The vibration level is observed to be relatively low after replacement. | en_US |
