Abstract
Bu çalışmada, yüksek basınçlı depolama sistemlerinde kullanılan tanklardan bahsedilmektedir. Yüksek basınçlı depolama sistemlerinde kullanılan tanklar standartta dört tipe ayrılmıştır. İncelenen tank tipi birinci tip olan tamamı çelikten dikişsiz üretim yöntemleri ile üretilen tanktır. Bu tankların üretim yöntemleri, üretim standartları, tasarım kriterleri, tasarım hesaplamaları, standart basınç testlerinin teorik ve bilgisayar ortamında analizi konuları bu tez çalışmasında ele alınmıştır. Bilgisayar modellemesinde SolidWorks® ve AnsysLS-DYNA® programlarından yararlanılmıştır.
In this study, the tanks which are used for high pressure storage systems are mentioned. The tanks which are used for high pressure storage systems were divided into four types in standard. The tank type which was analyses is the one which is the first one and totally produced seamless from steel. Production methods, production standards, designing criteria, designing calculation of these tanks, theoretical and computerized analyzing subject of standard pressure tests were held. For computer modeling, SolidWorks® and AnsysLS-DYNA® programs were used.
