Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, boşanma süreci ve sonrasının erkekler üzerine etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmada nitel yöntem takip edilerek yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubu amaçlı örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, 20 boşanmış erkek ve boşanma davalarına bakan 10 avukattan oluşmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda; boşanma süreci ve sonrası, erkekler üzerinde olumsuz psiko-sosyal etkilerin oluşmasına neden olmuştur. Katılımcılar, yalnızlık, boşlukta gibi hissetme, depresyon durumu gibi olumsuz duygu durumları yaşamışladır. Boşanma süreci ve sonrası erkekler üzerinde ağır ekonomik yüke dönüşmüştür. Kadınlara devlet tarafından sağlanan ekonomik desteğin boşanmaları özendirdiği sonucu bulunmuştur. Çocuk sahibi erkekler velayet konusunda çocukların derinden sarsıldığını belirtmekle birlikte velayetin annesine verilmesinin uygun olduğu yönünde görüşü daha fazla tekrar etmiştir. Yasal düzenlemelerin ve hukuki sürecin erkeklere yönelik haklarla ilgili yeterli duyarlılığı taşımadığı yönünde sonuç belirlenmiştir. Toplumsal bakış açısının erkekler üzerindeki etkileriyle ilgili aile desteği alındığı, sosyal yaşantının olmadığı, iş ortamında destek verildiği, boşanmış erkeklerle bir arada olmanın empati açısından katkı sağladığı yönünde sonuçlar belirlenmiştir. Erkeklerin boşanma öncesi ve sonrası süreçte yaşadıkları olaylara ilişkin bakış açısıyla ilgili avukat görüşlerine göre, boşanmanın en önemli nedeninin aldatma olduğu, nafaka konusuna yönelik yasal bir düzenlemenin gerekli olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the divorce process and its aftermath on men. For this purpose, a semi-structured interview form was prepared by following the qualitative method in the research. The sample group of the research was formed by using purposive sampling method. The study group of the research consists of 20 divorced men and 10 lawyers dealing with divorce cases. Content analysis method was used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the analysis; The process of divorce and its aftermath caused negative psycho-social effects on men. The participants experienced negative emotional states such as loneliness, feeling like a void, and depression. The process of divorce and its aftermath has turned into a heavy economic burden on men. It has been found that the economic support provided to women by the state encourages divorce. Men who have children stated that they were deeply shaken by the issue of custody, but they repeated the view that it was appropriate to give custody to their mother. It was concluded that the legal regulations and the legal process do not have sufficient sensitivity regarding the rights of men. Regarding the effects of social perspective on men, it was determined that family support was received, there was no social life, support was given in the work environment, and being together with divorced men contributed to empathy. According to the opinions of the lawyers regarding the perspective of the men on the events they experienced before and after the divorce, it was concluded that the most important reason for the divorce was cheating and that a legal regulation on the issue of alimony was necessary.
