Özet
Günümüz savunma sanayisinde endüstriyel robotların kullanımı ve önemi giderek artmaktadır. Bu aras¸tırma, savunma sanayinde yaygınca kullanılan ancak henu¨z yerli u¨retimi bulunmayan 4 eksenli scara tipi robot kolu u¨retmek amac¸lı yapılmıs¸tır. Bu c¸alıs¸mada, scara robotun tu¨m aksamları ic¸in gerekli kinetik hesaplamaları yapılmıs¸ ve teknik c¸izimler Solidworks programı c¸izilerek tasarlanmıs¸tır. Ardından ise dogˆru malzeme kullanılarak robot parc¸aları u¨retilmis¸ ve belirlenen tasarıma go¨re birles¸tirilmis¸tir. C¸alıs¸ır duruma getirilen robotun c¸alıs¸ma verileri mevcut muadilleri ile kıyaslanmıs¸tır. Bu c¸alıs¸ma ile u¨retilen robotun seri u¨retime gec¸ilmesi ile, u¨retim maliyetlerinin azaltılması, is¸c¸i giderlerinin azaltılması ve yerli u¨retim ile milli sermayeye katkıda bulunulması hedeflenmektedir. Bununla birlikte Scara robot is¸ gu¨cu¨nu¨ azalttıgˆından dolayı seri u¨retimi artıracak ve kalite kontrol as¸amalarında hassasiyeti artıracagˆından hatalı u¨retimi azaltarak, o¨zellikle silah ve askeri malzeme sanayinde maliyeti du¨s¸u¨recektir.
Nowadays, usage of industrial robots and their importance is increasing in the field of defence industry day by day. In this research, production of scara robotic arm, which has 4 axes, being used often in defence industry but don't present in domestic production, was aimed. Each part of the robotic arm was calculated kinetically and designed by using Solidworks program. Then, by using appropriate materials, each part is produced and combined according to defined design. Finally results of the product were compared to current equivalents. When the product of that research, industrial Scara robot is produced in batch production, it is aimed the decrease in production costs and labour costs in addition to contributions to national income. Moreover, since Scara robot arm is going to decrease workforce and serial production is going to increase, due to precision of the robot in quality control defecting manufacturing will decrease. Therefore, expenditures in the production of military material industry like weapons and ammunition are going to decrease.
