Özet
Mitoloji, insanoğlunun nereden geldiğini, evrenin nasıl yaratıldığını ve bu etrafında gördüğü yaratılmış tüm varlıklara bir anlam yüklemek ve köken arayışına girmesiyle yarattığı öyküleri inceler. Mitolojik düşünce, Türkler atlı-göçebe kültürden tarım kültürüne geçtiklerinde ve din değiştirdiklerinde de kendisini göstermeye devam etmiştir. Doğumda, loğusanın kendini kötü ruhlardan korumasında, düğünde, yeni evlenen çiftin bereketli bir evlilik yapması için yapılan bazı uygulamalarda, bir kişinin cenaze töreninde, daha sonrasındaki belirli günlerde yapılan uygulamalarda ve nazar, büyü ve uğursuzluğu yok etmeye yönelik uygulamalarda mitolojik döneme ait inanç ve uygulamaların etkisi açıkça görülmektedir. Mitolojik inançlar sosyoloji, tarih, din, felsefe, edebiyat, mimari gibi bilimsel alanların inceleme sahasına girmiştir. Bu çalışmada ise, İlahiyat Fakültelerinin Dinler Tarihi Anabilim Dalı adı altında mitoloji üzerine yapılmış tezler ve Fen ve Edebiyat Fakültelerindeki Tarih, Edebiyat, Sosyoloji, Felsefe, Arkeoloji ve Sanat Tarihi Anabilim Dalları bünyesinde hazırlanmış mitoloji tezleri tespit edilmiş ve bu tezlerin içerikleri hakkında bilgi verilerek karşılaştırmalı bir şekilde incelemelerde bulunulmuştur.
Mythology, examines where human beings came from, how the universe was created and the stories created by giving a meaning to all created beings that they see around them and searching for origins. Mythological thought continued to show itself when the Turks switched from horsenomadic culture to agricultural culture and changed their religion. The effects of beliefs and practices belonging to the mythological period in birth, postpartum protection from evil spirits, in weddings, in some practices for the newly married couple to have a fruitful marriage, in a person's funeral ceremony, in practices performed on certain days afterward and in practices aimed at eliminating the evil eye, magic and bad luck. İs clearly visible Mythological beliefs have entered the field of study of scientific fields such as sociology, history, religion, philosophy, literature and architecture. In this study, the theses on mythology under the name of the History of Religions Department of the Faculties of Theology and mythology theses prepared within the Department of History, Literature, Sociology, Philosophy, Archeology and Art History in the Faculties of Science and Letters were determined and acomparative analysis was given by giving information about the contents of these theses. İnvestigations have been made.
