dc.description.abstractÖZET Veri, veri işleme, bilgi işlem sistemi gibi konular teorik olarak anlatılmış ve bilgi işleme konusunda bilgisayarların yeri ve önemi vurgulanmıştır. Ayrıca bu çalışma işletme yönetiminde bilgisayar kullanımı ve Kırıkkale Belediyesi işletmelerinin yönetiminde verimliliğin arttırılmasına yöneliktir. Verimlilik, otomasyona geçilmek suretiyle artmıştır. Özellikle, Belediyenin yaptığı otomasyon yatırımının, 6 ay gibi kısa bir süre içerisinde finanse etmesi bunu ispatlamaktadır. Teorik bilgiler geniş ölçüde pratik uygulamalara dönüştürülmüştür. Sonuç olarak Kırıkkale Belediyesi otomasyon sayesinde yönetimde verimliliğini artırmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Data, data processing and information processing system subjects are told theoricalry and emphasized importance of computers in information processing subject. Beside, this study was made in order to increase the productivity of organizations of Kırıkkale Municipality and using computers in business management. By computerizing the productivity would have increased. Especially, the investment of automation made by municipality, by financed this investment in a short time like 6 months is proved. Theoric knowledges are widely transferred to practical applications. As a result, Kırıkkale Municipality has increased of their productivity in their management by automation. nen_US
