Özet
ABSTRACT Musa Cevat Şakir Kabaağaçlı, is an important writer of Turkish Literature, had lived in 20. century and he is called as'Halikarnas Balıkçısı'. There aren't enough serious researchs about works of Halikarnas Balıkçısı, Although this kind of resarchs are very essential. A study that evalvates the people and their values in his stories has not been done until nowdays. There fore we think that our study is essential in order to understand Cevat Şakir Kabaağaçlı (Halikarnas Balıkçısı)'s position and importance in Turkish Literature. We have studied the phenomens of human, conditions of being and the location in the whole being in his stories. This text is the basis for the analysis of human being profile who 'feel the values' and live with them in the conditions of being. We refer to "Human philosopy" written by Takiyettin Mengüşoğlu who is accepted as the authority in Turkey in regard to human conditions of being and problems of values subjects. We have limited our resarching with his working called human as being that feel the values. IV ?..MxysM^Sg
