Özet
Kamu özel ortaklıkları (KÖİ-Public Private Partnership) kamu hizmetlerinin sunu- munda etkinlik ve verimliliğin arttırabilmesi için ortaya çıkan ve geniş uygulama alanı bulan modellerden biridir. Çalışmada kamu özel ortaklıklarının yerel yöne- timlerde uygulanmasına ilişkin alternatifler değerlendirilmiş, kamu özel ortaklık- larının yerel yönetimler açısından olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri ile ele alınmış ve ortaklık sözleşme içeriğine ilişkin öneriler sunulmuştur.
Public-private partnerships has emerged to increased efficiency and productivity in the provision of public services and is one of the wide range of applications. This study, considered the public-private partnership alternative applications for in local government, discussed the the positive and negative aspects of public- private partnership for local goverment and provided recommendations for the content of the partnership agreement.
