Özet
Bu tez dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde giriş ve tezin genelinde yapılan araştırmalardan bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, ön bilgiler ve diğer bölümlerde kullanılacak olan bazı temel kavramlar verilmiştir. Yine ikinci bölümde, Gauss Hipergeometrik Fonksiyonundan, Pochhammer sembolünün özelliklerinden bahsedilmiş ayrıca Appell Hipergeometrik Fonksiyonları tanıtılmış ve bazı özellikleri verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, Appell Hipergeometrik Fonksiyonları için yineleme formülleri elde edilmiştir. Dördüncü bölüm tartışma ve sonuç kısmına ayrılmıştır.
This thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter is introduction and general researches have been mentioned. The second chapter, rudiments and some basic concepts which will be used in other sections is provided. Again the second chapters, Gauss hypergeometric function, the characteristic of the Pochhammer symbol has been mentioned, also Appell hypergeometric functions was introduced and some properties are given. The third chapter, recursion formulas for Appell hypergeometric functions was investigated. The fourth chapter is devoted to discussion and conclusion.
