| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Ortadoğu İslam ülkelerinde demokrasinin gelişmemesinin nedenlerinin siyasal, kültürel, ekonomik ve dış nedenler çerçevesinde ortaya koymaktır. Bu kapsamda literatür tarama yöntemi kullanılarak, öncelikle demokrasinin tarihsel süreci, tanımı ve temel ilkelerinin neler olduğu açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra modern demokrasinin şekillenmesinde önemli katkıları olan modernleşme süreci ve demokratikleşme kavramına değinilmiştir. Son bölümde ise, Ortadoğu kavramının ne olduğu, Ortadoğu'da bulunan İslam devletlerinin kültürel, ekonomik ve siyasal yapısının özellikleri açıklanmıştır. Nihayetinde Ortadoğu İslam ülkelerinde demokrasiyi engelleyen nedenler siyasal, kültürel, ekonomik ve dış nedenler çerçevesinde, literatür taraması sonrası elde edilen bilgiler ışığında nitel ve zaman zaman nicel yönteme başvurularak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this study is to reveal the causes of the failure of democracy in the Middle East Islamic countries within the framework of political, cultural and economic external causes. In this context, firstly, the historical process, definition and basic principles of democracy are explained using the literature review method. Then, the modernization process and the concept of democratization, which have important contributions in shaping modern democracy, are mentioned. In the last section, the cultural, economic and political characteristics of the concept of the Middle East in the Islamic states in the Middle East are explained. Ultimately, in the framework of political, cultural, economic and external reasons, the reasons that have jeopardized democracy in the Middle East Islamic countries are tried to be explained by using qualitative and occasional quantitative method in the light of the information obtained after the literature review. | en_US |
