Özet
ABSTRACT Basîrî, who lived during Ottoman State in 16th century, is a poem writer, writing both Turkish and Persian poems. He arrived in Ottoman State during Bâyezîd E. And died in 1534-35. BasM's Persian collection of poems are in Süleymaniye Library, Aşır Efendi, nr. 292. The purpose of this study is to help researchers studying on Pars language and literarure. This study involves Ottoman State during 16* century, in the mean time scientific and cultural structures and poem properties. This study contains mainly three groups. In the first chapter primarly, the writer's collection of poems was taken hand and divided into three groups. These groups are purpose-poem, lyric poem and quatrain. The collection of poems starts with a introduction. Then it is followed by two chapters formed monotheism, 23 purpose-poems and 121 lyric poems. In the last chapter there are quatrains. In the purpose-poems there are eulogy for different peoples. At the beginning of them Bâyezîd H Is the first with 1 1 purpose-poems, Yavuz Sultan Selim is the second with 9 purpose-poems. In this study there are 1305 verses, collection of poems are only one copy and is original copy written by writer. In this study live of the writer and his poems properties, his lived areas people he get in connect are involved. Additionally Ottoman State are also investigated. During 16th century Ottoman State's cultural and policital sides are also evaluvated. Because of the writer's connection with Akkoyunlus, in here Akkoyunlus are also evaluated. This study is presanted with its general involments to attention of people studying in this field.
