Özet
Diabetes mellituslu hastalarda ön uveit nadiren bildirilmiştir. Özellikle uzun süreli öyküsü olan ve otonom nöropati ve vaskülopati gibi sistemik komplikasyonların eşlik ettiği olgularda gözlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, diabete ikincil sistemik komplikasyonlar olmaksızın, ön üveit atağı ve bu atak sonrasında hızlı bir retinopati geliştiren bir diabetes mellituslu olgu sunulmuştur
Anterior uveitis is a rarely reported finding in diabetic patients. Anterior uveitis is noted especially in patients with autonom neuoropathy and vasculopathy. We report a case of anterior uveitis, whom had rapidly developed proliferative diabetic retinopathy after uveitis attack although there was no sign of systemic complications of diabetes mellitus initially. Ret-vit 2001; 10 :188 -191.
