| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, terör olgusu ile propaganda arasındaki ilişki konu edinilmektedir. Bu amaçla, Türkiye'de on yılı aşkın bir süre boyunca özellikle Güneydoğu'da insanlık dışı terör eylemleri gerçekleştiren Hizbullah terör örgütü, "örnek olay" olarak seçilmiş ve örgütün yapısı ile propoganda faaliyetleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma, ikinci el kaynaklara dayanan bir literatür taramasına dayanmaktadır.. Bu çerçevede önce, terör ve terörizmin tarihsel gelişimi, geçirdiği evreler, teröre sebep olan etmenler, terör eylemlerinde başvurulan yöntemler, terör ve propaganda arasındaki ilişki gibi olgular ve daha sonra Türkiye'de terör ve özellikle Hizbullah terörü incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede; terör sorunu, terörizmi besleyen jeopolitik, jeostratejik ve jeokültürel etkenlere bağlı dış nedenler ile ekonomik, sosyo kültürel ve siyasi etkenler gibi iç sebepler ve buna ilaveten terörizmin başvurduğu araçlar ve kullandığı yöntemler ilgili literatürden derlenmiştir. Bu teorik bilgiler ışığında Hizbullah terör örgütü ideolojisi, örgütsel yapısı, propoganda araç, ortam ve stratejileri incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada, terör ve propaganda arasında mutlak bir ilişki olduğu, Hizbullah terör örgütünün de bu ilişkiyi, Türkiye gibi İslam dininin temsili konusunda tarihsel ve kültürel birikimi olan bir ülkede dahi sistematik bir şekilde uygulayarak, örgütün yapılanması için gerekli olan taban oluşumunda ve şiddet içersin ya da içermesin her türlü faaliyetine meşruiyet sağlamakta kullandığı sonucuna varılmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | The subject of this study is the relation between terror and propoganda. In this respect, it was chosen to research Hizbullah organization as a "case study", which has taken brutal terörist actions through over a ten year period in Turkey, especially southeast region of the country; and, the structure of the organization and its propoganda activities were examined. The study was completed by a literature review on second hand pieces of related references. On this frame, it has been reviewed firstly, the facts which can be addressed as the histrorical background, phases and factors of terror and terrorism, the methods employed in terrorist actions, the relation between terrorism and propoganda, and after that, the terrorism in Turkey and especially the terrorism of Hizbullah. In this perspective, it has been inquired in the problem of terrorism, the outer scope of geopolitical, geostrategical and geocultural causes which support the developement of terrorism, and the inner economical, socio-cultural and political factors; and additionally, the tools and methods which terrorist organizations employed. On this theorethical framework, finally the Hizbullah organizations was analized through its ideology, organizational structure, the components of the tools, conditions and strategies of propoganda used by the organization. As a conclusion, in this study shows that, there is a concrete relation between terrorism and propoganda; and by employing sipecific propoganda tools and tactics, and by putting this relation into practice systematically in Turkey which has certain historical and cultural experience of representation of İslam, Hizbullah Terror Organisation is also using this relation, to legitimize of all its activities, which include or does not include violence and for having supporters which are necessary for the structure of this kind of organisation.
