dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, aluminyum çinko oksit (AZO) ince filmler AC ve DC püskürtme yöntemleri kullanılarak üretilmiştir. Öncelikle, üretilen AZO ince filmler için hangi güç kaynağının daha uygun olduğu incelenmiştir. Sonrasında, bu güç kaynağı kullanılarak farklı güçlerde üretim yapılacaktır. Yapısal karakterizasyon için XRD, yüzey yapısı için SEM, değişen dağılımla yük niceliğini tanımlanamak için EDX ve ayrıca PL ve Raman spektroskopik yöntemleri kullanılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, aluminum zinc oxide thin films was prepared with using AC and DC sputttering system. First of all, we had investigated that which power supply is useful for fabricated AZO thin film. After, samples will fabricated with this power supply for different powers. XRD was used for the structural characterization, SEM was used for investigating surface structural. EDX was used for determine ion quantity with changing contribution. Also, PL and Raman spectroscopy methods was used.en_US
