| dc.description.abstract | İslam ilim tarihinin önemli şahsiyetlerinden Ebu Hamid Muhammed b. Muhammed el-Gazzâlî (ö. 505/1111) fıkıh, kelam, felsefe, tasavvuf, mantık gibi birçok alanda önemli eserler vermiş çok yönlü bir alimdir. Gazzâlî'nin mutasavvıf yönü yaygın olarak bilinse de fakih yönü genel olarak diğer yönlerinin gölgesinde kalmıştır. Bu çalışma; Gazzâlî'nin hayatı, eserleri, epistemolojisinden hareketle onun fıkıh ilmindeki önemini vurgulamayı ve fıkıh ile tasavvufu birleştiren kişi olarak takdim edilen Gazzâlî'nin mutasavvıf-fakih kimliğini öne çıkarmayı amaç edinmektedir. Bu tezin konusu "Gazzâlî'de fıkhın tasavvufî boyutu" ile sınırlandırılmış olup onun kelâm, felsefe ve bâtınî düşünceyle ilişkisi epistemik anlayışını ortaya koymak üzere ele alınmış, böylece onun tüm yönleriyle bütüncül olarak anlaşılmasına katkı sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada sonuç olarak; birçok ilim dalında yetkin bir isim olan Gazzâlî'nin Şafiî fıkhında ihmal edilemeyecek derecede önemli bir konumda bulunduğu; hayatındaki iki önemli kırılma noktası sonrasında bilgi tasavvurunda önemli değişimler yaşadığı; aklî istidlal ve felsefî düşünce noktasında kendisine yönelik eleştirilerin hakkaniyetten uzak ve onu bütüncül bir nazarla ele almamanın bir neticesi olduğu; Gazzâlî'de tasavvufî bilginin aklın idrak alanı dışında kalan, sayesinde diğer bilgilerin kesinliğinden emin olunan, sübjektif bir üst bilgi türü olarak yer aldığı; nihai olarak onun tasavvufta karar kılıp fıkhî konuları tasavvufî bakış açısıyla ele aldığı; fıkhın zahirinden taviz vermeden bâtınî/tasavvufî yönünü öncelediği tespit edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | One of the important figures in the history of Islamic science, Ebu Hamid Muhammed b. Muhammad al-Ghazali (d. 505/1111) is a versatile scholar who has given important works in many fields such as fiqh, kalam, philosophy, tasawwuf and logic. Although al-Ghazali's sufi aspect is widely known, his jurist aspect has generally been overshadowed by his other aspects. This study; Based on Ghazali's life, works and epistemology, it aims to emphasize his importance in the science of fiqh and to highlight the sufi-faqih identity of al-Ghazali, who is presented as the person who combines fiqh and tasawwuf. The subject of this thesis is limited to "Sufi dimension of fiqh in Ghazali" and his relationship with theology, philosophy and esoteric thought is discussed to reveal his epistemic understanding. Thus, it has been tried to be understood holistically. In this study, as a result; It has been determined that Ghazali, who is a competent name in many branches of science, has an important position that cannot be neglected in Shafi'i fiqh. After two important breaking points in Ghazali's life, there were significant changes in his understanding of knowledge; It has been seen that the criticisms directed at him in terms of reason and philosophy are far from fairness and are the result of not approaching him from a holistic point of view. It has been determined that in al-Ghazali, mystical knowledge is a kind of subjective meta-knowledge that exceeds the knowledge limits of the mind, and thanks to this knowledge, the certainty of other knowledge is assured. And as a result, Ghazali decide on Sufism and dealt with the issues of fiqh from a mystical point of view; It has been determined that fiqh prioritizes the esoteric/mystical aspect without compromising its outward aspect. | |
