Özet
Çalışmamızın amacı; enerji yatırımlarıDünyada ve Türkiye'de ki mevcut durumunu ve ülkelerin bu konudaki politikalarınıortaya koyarak yapılan enerji yatırım bulunduklarıbölgelerdeki sosyo-kültürel-ekonomik ve çevresel etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla alan araştırmasıile birlikte değerlendirerek daha sonra bu alanda yapılacak olan yatırımlara ışık tutmaktır. Çalışmamız Ali ağa bölgesinde rastgele seçilen kişilerden anket ve kurumlar çalışanlarıile mülakat yoluyla yapıldı. Ankette elde edilen sonuçlar SPSS programıile çözümlendirilip elde edilen analizler ve teorik bulgular ortaya konuldu. Mülakat görüşmeleri konunun içerisinde yorum olarak eklenerek konu daha iyi pekiştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile ülke ekonomisine katkısıazımsanamayacak kadar fazla enerji yatırımlarının daha bilinçli bir şuurla hareket etmesini sağlayarak sadece ekonomik yönden değil aynızamanda sosyal kültürel ve çevresel olarak da yatırım sürecine katkıyapmayıhedeflemektedir. Bu amaçla hazırlanan sonuçolarak vardığımız nokta; enerji sektörünün ülkemiz açısından büyük önem taşıdığıve enerji yatırımlarının hem ülkeyi hem de toplumsal refahıarttırdığını, ancak yapılacak yatırımların sadece kar amacıile hareket etmemesi gerektiği, özellikle küresel sorun hale çevre kirliğini azaltacak tedbirler, yenilikler ve çevre düzenlenmesi ve yeni tür enerji yatırımlarıhakkında ne bilgi verilerek, ülkenin enerji politikasında model olarak ülkelere örnek gösteriler önerilerde bulunmuştur. This study intends to analyze the current situation of energy investments both in the world and in Turkey. While looking into the politics of certain countries as to the energy investment issue this thesis also identifies socio-cultural, economic and social effect of such investments in the related regions with the aim of opening the path for future investments. This study has been conducted through surveys and interviews with randomly chosen people in Aliaga. The results of the survey have been analyzed via SPSS program; the statistical analysis and therotical data have been revealed. The interviews have been integrated into the study so as to back up the mentioned subject. This thesis aims to pinpoint to the fact that energy investments, whose contribution to the Turkey's economy is highly significant, should be handled with the utmost discretion. Thus, the study in question not only intends to contribute economically to the energy investment process but also assist the process assuming a socio-cultural and social stance. THE EFFECTS OF ENERGY INVESTMENTS IN TURKEY ON SOCIO-CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC LIFE : A CASE STUDY, PETKIM. ( ALIAGA-IZMIR) As a final remark, it can be stated that energy sector has a significant place for Turkey's economy and that energy investments contribute both to economic and social welfare of the country. However, it should also be noted that it is necessary for the authorities to make such investments not only to derive profit but also to draw attention to renovations in the sector, to precautions to be taken and to possible solutions in relation to environmental problems.
