dc.description.abstractEski Anadolu Türkçesi dönemine ait elimizde çok sayıda metin bulunmaktadır. Bunlararasında tıp eserleri de önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Ancak bu eserlerdeki terimler üzerindeyeterli düzeyde çalışma yapıldığını söylemek mümkün değildir. Eski Anadolu TürkçesindeTıp Terimleri adını verdiğimiz bu eser bu alandaki bir boşluğu doldurmak amacıylahazırlanmıştır.Bu araştırmada seçilen kitaplardaki tıp terimleri bir tıp uzmanı gözüyle değil, bir diluzmanı bakışıyla ele alınmıştır.Bir araya getirilen terimler yapı, anlam ve kökenbakımlarından incelenmiştir.Bu çalışmada Eski Anadolu Türkçesindeki tıp terimlerinin büyük bir kısmı ele alınıpdeğerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Üzerinde durduğumuz terim sayısı oldukça fazla olduğu içinbir kelimeyle ilgili olarak az ve öz bilgiler verilmeye gayret gösterilmiştir.Çalışmamız bu dönemdeki ?organ adları, hastalık adları, ilâç adları, tıp aletlerininadları, tıpta kullanılan gereçlere verilen adlar, tıpla uğraşanlara verilen adlar, tıpla ilgili genelkelimeler? üzerinde durmaktadır.Türkçe terimler yanında bu dönem metinlerinde geçen yabancı bir dilden alınmışterimler de burada yerini almıştır.Bu çalışmanın başta Türk Dili olmak üzere Türk Tıp Tarihi, Türk Halk Bilimi, TürkBilim Tarihi alanlarında da faydalı olabileceğini düşünmekteyiz.en_US
dc.description.abstractThere are many texts avaliable for us concerning the priod of Old Anatolian Turkish. Medicaltexts have outstanding place among them. However, it is impossible to state that the studieson the terms in these texts are sufficient. This study named, Medical Terms in Old AnatolianTurkish, was prepared in order to supply this demand in the field.The medical terms cited in the selected books were not discussed as a medical authority but asa linguist. The terms were examined with respect to their morphology, etymology andsemantics.In this study, a great deal of the medical terms in old Anatolan Turkish were examined anddiscussed. As a huge number of terms were mentioned, it was tried to give short but essentialinformation concerning each term.Our study focused on the names of organs, diseases, medicine, medical equipment, medicalmaterials, the people dealing with medicine and other vocabulary items related with medicinein that age.In addition to the terms in Turkish, the terms derived from the other foreign languages werecovered in the study.It is thought that the study will be useful primarily for Turkish Language together with TheHistory of Turkish Medicine, Turkish Social Sciences and History of Turkish Science.en_US
