Özet
Felsefe ile ilgilenmek Platon'un dediği gibi merak ve ilgi gerektiren bir şeydir. Siyaset Felsefesi çalışmak ise merakın yanı sıra tarih bilmenin de gerekli olduğu bir alandır. Çünkü dönemin özelliklerini bilmediğimiz sürece siyasi yapısını anlamak zorlaşır ve Siyaset Felsefesi ile ilgili bir çalışma yapmak istediğimizde sadece bir kesiti ele almak bazı şeylerin temellendirilmesinde yetersiz kalır. Bu sebeplerden tez çalışmamı geniş bir zaman dilimi içerisinde ele aldım. Bu çalışma "Antik Çağ'dan Aydınlanmaya Siyasi Otorite Problemi" dir. Bu çalışma ile ilk Çağ, Orta Çağ, Rönesans ile Aydınlanma Felsefesi' nin siyasi özelliklerinin yanı sıra dönemin öne çıkan filozoflarının bakış açıları ile oluşturdukları Siyaset Felsefelerine ulaşılacaktır. Çalışmayı dört ana bölüm içerisinde ele aldım. Birinci bölümde ana kavramları, ikinci bölümde Antik Çağ'ı, üçüncü bölümde Orta Çağ ve Rönesans'ı, dördüncü bölümde de Aydınlanma Felsefesini ele aldım. Tez çalışmamda dönemin siyasi yapısını anlamak için siyaset tarihi kitaplarının yanı sıra filozofların birincil kaynaklarından da faydalandım. Sonuç olarak çağlar değişse bile insanların bir arada yaşaması ve buna bağlı olarak toplumsallaşma ihtiyacının devam etmesi devlet ve otorite arayışını da devam ettirecektir. Bu yüzden de Otorite Problemi her çağda farklılık gösterdiği gibi bundan sonraki dönemlerde de farklı otorite arayışları devam edecektir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Otorite, Siyaset, İktidar
As Plato says, Philosophy is a field that requires curiosity and interest. Working on Political Philosophy is an area where it is necessary to know history as well as wonder. Because, as long as we do not know the characteristics of the period, it becomes difficult to understand its political structure, and when we want to do a study on Political Philosophy, focusing only one section is insufficient to ground some things. For these reasons, I dealt with my thesis work in a wide time of period. This study is "The Problem of Political Authority from Antiquity to Enlightenment". With this study, it will be reached to the political characteristics of the First Age, Middle Age, Renaissance and Philosophy of the Enlightenment, as well as the Political Philosophies formed by the perspectives of the prominent philosophers of the period. I dealt with the study in four main sections. I dealt with the main concepts in the first part, the Ancient Age in the second part, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance in the third part, and the Philosophy of Enlightenment in the fourth part. In my thesis study, I benefitted from the primary sources of philosophers as well as political history books to understand the political structure of the period. As a result, even if the ages change, the desire of people to live together and consequently the need for socialization will continue the search for state and authority. Therefore, as the Authority Problem differs in every age, the search for different authority will continue in the following periods. Keywords: Authority, Politics, Power
