| dc.description.abstract | Akyüz, Nuriye, "Türkiye ve Almanya'da Sosyal Hizmet Uygulamalarının Karşılaştırılması" Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Kırıkkale, 2019. Bu araştırma, toplumdaki dezavantajlı grupların belirli konularda desteklenerek diğer gruplar ile eşit rekabet ve yaşam şartlarına ulaşabilmesine yardımcı olmak için geliştirilen sosyal hizmetlerin ülkemizdeki durumunun Almanya ile karşılaştırılması amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmada, öncelikle ülkemizde çok erken dönemlerde gelişmeye başlayan sosyal hizmet olgusunun tarihsel seyri incelenmiştir. Ardından cumhuriyet döneminde gelişen sosyal hizmetlerin model bir ülke olan Almanya ile karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda iki ülkenin de dezavantajlı gruplar için benzer uygulamalar yaptığı fakat hizmetlerin uygulama biçimi ve finansal alt yapısı hakkında bir takım farklılıkların olduğu görülmüştür. | dc.description.abstract | Akyüz, Nuriye, Comparison of Social Work Practice in Turkey and Germany Master Thesis, Kırıkkale, 2019. The aim of this study was to compare the situation of social services in our country with Germany in order to help disadvantaged groups in society to reach equal competition and living conditions by supporting them on certain issues.In this study, first of all, the historical progress of the social work phenomenon which started to develop in our country in the very early periods was examined. Then, social services developed in the republic period were compared with Germany, a model country. As a result of the research, it is seen that both countries have similar practices for disadvantaged groups but therearesome differences about the way of implementation and financialinfrastructure of services.
