dc.description.abstractGünümüzde üretilen binlerce dokümanın çoğaltılması, paylaşılması, arşivlenmesi ve yönetilmesi son derece önemlidir. Bilgisayar teknolojisinin hayatımızın her alanına girdiği günümüz dünyasında, kurum ve üniversiteler etkin bir doküman yönetim sistemi kullanarak dokümanlarını koruma altına almaktadırlar. Elektronik doküman yönetim sistemlerini kullanmak zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Bu tez çalışmasında ilk olarak elektronik doküman yönetim sisteminin ne olduğu ve tarihsel gelişiminden bahsedilecektir. Çok sık olarak karıştırılan doküman ve belge yönetim sistemleri arasındaki farklara değinilecek ve geliştirilen elektronik doküman yönetim sistemi ele alınacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractToday, it is extremely important that duplicating, sharing, archiving and managing the thousands of produced documents. In today's world, the computer technology has entered into the every area of our lives so instutions and universities try to protect documents by using effective elektronic document management systems. The use of electronic document management systems has become necessary. In this thesis, firstly it will be discussed what the electronic management system is and historical development of it. The differences between offenly confused concepts, document and record, will be discussed. Finally, the developed electronic document management system will be mentioned.en_US
